FILM SYNOPSIS
Former classmates hold a class reunion when Anna suddenly notices one by one the disappearance of her old friends.
Kyiv, Ukraine, the middle of winter. A spacious apartment on the third floor is the only one with the lights on. It’s a warm island in the cold ocean of the outer world. Clinking glasses, chatter, and laughter drift out through the open balcony. It’s a classmate reunion. Ten years after graduation. They are going to hang till dawn, just as they did on their prom night. And it all goes well until people start disappearing without leaving a trace.

BIO
Born and raised in Ukraine, Julia has been exploring storytelling through different genres and forms, varying from text to site-specific art. As a filmmaker, she spent a few years working as a production assistant and distribution manager for documentaries. She holds a master’s degree in Literature and Comparative studies from National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. Currently, she is an MFA student in the Film program at The City College of New York.
