    Knotty Pine

Set in the Florida panhandle, the death of a family matriarch prompts two sisters to return to their childhood home. Forced to rehash their upbringing with an alcoholic mother and battle their own demons, the sisters come together through mourning. Although Francis is willing to dismiss the days of the past, her sister, Joan, is unable to reconcile the mistakes her mother made. Through the course of one evening the two women demonstrate how perspective plays a role in who we become.
